4. Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information

In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. The procedure and methods of destroy are as follows.

1. Destruction Procedures
Information entered by users for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate file cabinet for paper documents) after the purpose has been fulfilled. It is then retained for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws (see Retention and Use Period), and subsequently destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purpose other than what is required by law.

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable.


5. Personal Information Supply

In principle, the company does not provide a member’s personal information to the outside. However, following are exceptions.

The Company does not entrust users’ personal information to external service providers without the user’s consent.

To view or modify personal information, users may click on “Edit Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Info,” etc.). To cancel membership (withdraw consent), users may click on “Delete Account” and complete the identity verification process to directly view, correct, or delete their information.
Alternatively, users may contact the Personal Information Manager in writing or via email, and the Company will take prompt action.
If a user requests correction of personal information due to an error, the Company will not use or provide the relevant information until the correction is completed.
If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction request to ensure that the correction is made.
Personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the user will be handled in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period of Personal Information” and will not be accessed or used for any other purpose.
