Radiator Panel Smart Auto Line
This stage involves the manufacturing and forming of the radiator’s core component, the heat dissipation plate, based on detailed production drawings.
We operate five automated production lines (Line 1 to Line 5).
-
Pressing
-
Spot Welding
Two shaped heat dissipation plates are joined into a single pair through automatic welding at specified intervals and positions.
-
Seam Welding
The main joint sections of the assembled plates are seam welded to prevent oil leakage and to enhance structural precision.
-
Assembly
The welded plates and pipes are precisely assembled into radiator form.
This process ensures the overall flatness and structural stability of the product.
Welding and Leak test
All radiators are leak-tested individually in a water tank under pressure for a set period.
-
Pipe Fabrication and Welding
Pipes are precisely cut and processed according to specifications.
Specially fabricated components are welded to enable the circulation of insulating oil inside the radiator. -
Main Welding
Pipes and heat dissipation plates are welded together to ensure complete sealing and structural strength.
-
Leak Test
The assembled product is placed in a water tank under pressure for a set period. Continuous monitoring is carried out to check for sealing integrity and any signs of deformation.
Surface Treatment
This process involves hot dip galvanizing and painting to improve corrosion resistance and prevent oxidation.
Prior to hot dip galvanizing and painting, surface preparation is carried out through shot blasting or phosphating.
-
Shot Blasting
A surface treatment process performed before painting to remove contaminants and enhance paint adhesion.
-
Phosphating
A surface treatment process performed before painting to remove contaminants and enhance paint adhesion.
-
Hot dip galvanizing
A layer of zinc hot dip galvanizing is applied to the product surface, with thickness adjusted according to specifications.
-
Painting
External surface is painted using a flow coating method.
Packaging and Shipping
With our extensive experience in packaging, we ensure that every product is securely protected from damage throughout the entire shipping process.
-
Packaging
Protective materials are used during packaging to maintain product safety and quality during transport.
-
Shipping
Once packaging is complete, products are shipped according to a pre-arranged delivery schedule.
